Preparing your REALITY experience.
Effective date: August 21, 2026. These terms govern use of the REALITY platform, including private early access workflows for buyers, sellers, agents, and administrators across Montana and Phoenix.
During early access, REALITY may also be presented as REALITY by Rematch because the product is currently launched through Rematch-owned domains and operating infrastructure.
By creating an account, using the app, or submitting information through REALITY, you agree to these terms and to our privacy practices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method, passkey, verification code, and account information secure and accurate.
REALITY is currently offered as a private early access product. Features may change, availability may be limited by market or role, and some listings or workflows may remain invitation-based while the platform is refined.
REALITY provides software, matching tools, communication workflows, and listing support. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the platform does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, title, brokerage, or investment advice. Users should rely on qualified professionals before making property, financial, or legal decisions.
Reality Check, buyer readiness, seller property context, and MatchGuard outputs are product guidance tools. They are based on user-provided criteria and available property details, and they do not verify cash funds, credit, financing approval, property condition, insurance availability, flood status, valuation, or legal obligations. Sellers are not blocked from managing listings because of a lower Reality Check result.
Reality Check and MatchGuard use published deterministic methodology versions. Optional AI-generated explanations summarize the resulting structured factors but do not decide eligibility, alter a score, reorder properties, or replace either user's judgment. AI wording may be incomplete or mistaken and should be reviewed together with the displayed factual factors and source information.
Census ACS housing estimates are annual city-level context, not live listings, comparable sales, an appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of availability, price, financing, or transaction success.
Internal partner or support queues, if used, remain subject to review before any outside referral or vendor workflow is activated. REALITY does not provide statutory brokerage, lending, insurance, title, appraisal, tax, or legal services through the Reality Check flow.
Trust badges, including Pre-qualified, are factual, revocable status signals and are not endorsements, credit scores, lending offers, property-condition guarantees, or professional advice. They do not alter MatchGuard property-fit percentages, property order, account eligibility, or either party's decision-making authority.
Buyer and seller access may require a one-time identity verification through Didit's hosted service. You must review the privacy notices and provide separate consent before REALITY creates a verification session. Verification may include government ID review, selfie and liveness processing, and face matching.
A successful result may award a revocable Identity Verified badge. Verification and badges are confidence signals only: they do not change MatchGuard calculations, prove financial readiness, guarantee identity in every circumstance, or replace legal, professional, or transaction due diligence.
A seller may separately authorize REALITY to include an approved property within grouped search campaigns organized by general attributes such as market and price range. This optional, no-fee authorization is not a listing agreement, does not appoint a broker or create an agency relationship, and does not guarantee traffic, inquiries, or a sale.
Grouped campaigns promote a search category rather than an individual property. Protected exact addresses are not included in campaign copy. Sellers may request withdrawal through the seller dashboard or the support page; previously distributed material may require operational review before removal is confirmed.
If you upload documents, submit listings, request tours, or share property information, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge.REALITY may review, limit, remove, or decline content that appears misleading, unlawful, abusive, or operationally unsafe.
Exact seller property addresses are private by default in buyer-facing listing and match experiences. If a seller chooses to make an address visible to buyers, the seller is responsible for that disclosure and should consider privacy, security, drive-by, and unwanted-contact risks before opting in.
Users may report profiles, listings, matches, or messages that appear unsafe, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with fair-housing expectations. Reports are reviewed for platform safety and may result in content limits, account restrictions, or support follow-up.
You may not use the platform to harass others, misrepresent identity, scrape protected data, interfere with service availability, bypass access controls, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create operational, safety, legal, or trust risks.
Before entering a protected workspace, users separately acknowledge responsible-use and service-request information-sharing standards. Acceptance is timestamped. Discriminatory, criminal, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful use may result in investigation, content removal, account restriction, or termination.
Repair requests remain in internal review until the seller authorizes an approved provider match. Only information reasonably necessary for the selected request may be shared. MLS and IDX data connections are activated only after authorization, licensing, and technical review; the platform does not permit scraping, credential sharing, or access-control evasion.
By using REALITY, you agree that the service may send account notices, support updates, security messages, and workflow-related communications using the contact details tied to your account. For help or complaints, use the support page.
REALITY may show clearly labeled sponsored partner content or advertisements in non-overlapping in-page placements, including contextual web ads from providers such as Google AdSense. Sponsored content does not change MatchGuard results, Reality Check, protected messages, dashboard ranking, or the availability of buyer or seller contact information.
Advertisers and ad networks are responsible for their own offers, claims, licensing, pricing, and services. We may reject, pause, or remove ads that appear misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform trust. Users must not be encouraged, forced, or rewarded to click ads.
You may request unsubscribe through the unsubscribe request page. Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security review, legal compliance, or operational continuity where permitted by law.
REALITY is provided on an as-available basis during early access. We work to keep the platform reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete listing accuracy, or error-free operation in every device, market, or workflow.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
