Effective date: August 21, 2026. This policy explains how REALITY collects, uses, stores, and reviews personal information while the platform is offered in private early access for Montana and Phoenix users.
During early access, REALITY may also be presented as REALITY by Rematch because the service is currently operated on Rematch-owned domains and infrastructure.
We may collect account details such as your name, phone number, email address, role, passkey enrollment status, and profile preferences. If you submit listings, tours, support requests, or documents, we may also collect property details, uploaded files, inquiry history, and communications needed to operate the service.
Reality Check fields may include buyer timing, lease or housing status, employment category, payment method, prequalification status, optional lender contact, down payment range, credit-score range, seller timing, seller goals, roof material and age range, property-condition context, pet context, curb appeal, flood-zone status, and related notes that you choose to provide.
We also receive technical and operational data such as device information, approximate location context, browser activity, sign-in events, notification activity, and logs from infrastructure or integrated providers used for authentication, hosting, maps, messaging, customer support, and CRM workflows.
We use information to authenticate users, match buyers and sellers, process inquiries, coordinate tours, review uploaded materials, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to support requests, and improve product quality during early access. We may also use it to communicate platform updates, account notices, security alerts, or market-specific operational messages.
Optional AI explanations may use anonymous structured property criteria, deterministic score factors, and attributed aggregate market facts. We do not send names, usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, private messages, identity-verification files, exact private addresses, credit documents, or uploaded customer files to the AI explanation service. AI wording cannot set or change Reality Check or MatchGuard results.
Annual housing context may come from the U.S. Census Bureau ACS 5-Year API. These city-level estimates are not live inventory, comparable sales, an appraisal, or a statement of a specific property's value.
Reality Check details are used to improve match quality, support agent or administrator review, prepare safer buyer-seller conversations, and determine whether an internal partner lead should be reviewed. They are not used to verify credit, funds, insurance, property condition, or legal eligibility.
We may share data with service providers that help us operate REALITY, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, messaging, analytics, or customer-support vendors. We may also share information when needed to investigate misuse, comply with law, protect platform integrity, or process a transaction or inquiry you initiated.
Partner lead routing is internal-review only unless and until you request or authorize a workflow that involves an outside provider. We do not share Reality Check details with lenders, insurers, title providers, or other vendors by default.
Seller property addresses are treated as private listing information by default. Buyer-facing map, listing, and match views show area-level context unless the seller affirmatively chooses to make the exact address visible to buyers.
If a seller authorizes grouped marketing, we record the listing, typed signature, consent version, status, and timestamps. Approved property media and general attributes may be used in a grouped search campaign; protected exact addresses and private Reality Check answers are not included in campaign copy.
REALITY does not sell personal information in the ordinary course of running the platform. If applicable law gives you additional opt-out rights, you may contact us to request review.
We may display clearly labeled sponsored partner content or advertisements, including contextual web ads served by providers such as Google AdSense on public website pages. Sponsored placements are not targeted using protected traits, private buyer or seller messages, uploaded documents, phone numbers, saved match preferences, or Reality Check.
We may record basic first-party ad interaction events, such as an ad click, placement, referrer, and browser user agent, to help operate sponsored placements and detect abuse. Third-party ad providers may process contextual ad delivery and measurement data according to their own policies. Sponsored content does not affect matching logic, dashboard ranking, protected communications, or agent and seller visibility.
Signed-in users may see active factual trust badges where a profile identity is already visible. Badge records contain only the badge type and verification dates; they do not contain KYC documents, credit scores, lender information, or partner payloads.
We can revoke a badge when the underlying approval changes or expires. Financial Readiness Verified and Pre-qualified mean evidence was reviewed on the displayed date, not that financing, affordability, or a transaction is guaranteed.
Buyers and sellers may complete a one-time hosted identity check with Didit before entering a protected workspace. With your separate consent, Didit processes a government ID image, selfie, liveness result, and face match under its own privacy terms. REALITY receives and stores only limited session identifiers, workflow identifiers, verification status, consent version and time, and verification timestamps.
REALITY does not store Didit ID images, selfies, biometric templates, document numbers, or complete decision payloads. Didit verification data is configured for a one-month provider retention period. An active Identity Verified badge may be visible to signed-in users where your profile identity is already visible; the badge is revocable and does not change MatchGuard percentages or guarantee a transaction.
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate business and security needs. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use access controls, provider safeguards, and operational review to reduce risk.
You may contact us to request access review, correction, support, or unsubscribe. The fastest route is through the in-app support form or the public unsubscribe request page. We may ask for account verification before processing sensitive requests.
For account removal or data review, visit the unsubscribe request page. For general privacy questions, use the support contact page.
We record the version and time of responsible-use and service-sharing acknowledgements. A seller repair request records the requested categories and consent time for internal review. Contact details are not sent to an outside provider until the seller authorizes an approved match, and are not sold for unrelated marketing.
Residents of California and other states with additional privacy rights may request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out review through the support or account-removal pages. We verify sensitive requests and respond according to the law applicable to the user and request; this section does not limit rights provided by law.
REALITY is still operating in private early access. Features, workflows, providers, and retention practices may evolve as the product matures. If our handling changes in a material way, we may update this page and revise the effective date above.
